How each sector has moved over the selected window — the price return of the companies in that sector, ranked strongest to weakest. Built from the daily price history and sector classifications already stored; no live market call. This is descriptive market data: it shows how sectors have moved, not which to buy or avoid.
Market-cap weighted is money-weighted — how a rupee spread across the sector by company size would have moved (the big names dominate). Equal weighted treats every company the same, so it reflects the typical company regardless of size. Ranking below uses the selected one.
